Notification of availability and delivery time
The AV Australia ‘notification of availability’, is designed to provide you with the optimum level of security with your deadline and project planning. AV Australia makes every effort to validate our delivery time notifications on a continuous basis through the optimisation of all the accompanying processes. In exceptional cases, however, it may be the case that the delivery status is not correctly stated. Regrettably, it is often not possible for us to control the possible causes, such as stock shortfalls, postponements and under-deliveries by the supplier, delays and losses due to adverse weather conditions, etc. In addition, many orders, high order quantities and different availability data within an online orders may also influence the result. Upon receipt of your order we will inform you of your order status by email and keep you up to date at all times. With most orders placed, we will send you Track & Trace details, which enables you to track the progress of your order at any time.
The following six notifications cover the extent of issues regularly faced with stock and logistics. All orders are subject to any one of these, where availability and delivery are at times not within the AV Australia circle of influence.

This article is available for immediate delivery. Subsequent to approval by our order entry system, the mailing is generally initiated on either the same or the next working day. In exceptional cases, for example due to increased prior sales, it may be possible that delivery will be made within two or three days. In this case you will be contacted and informed of the status of the delivery.
(Advance payment orders, are duly authorised and processed on receipt of payment, in the case of PayPal orders, on ´Authorisation´).
Available in 4 to 5 days
This item is available for ex-warehouse delivery from the manufacturer/supplier. We endeavour to access quantities required so that the goods can be delivered in 4 – 5 days directly from the manufacturer/supplier. (We kindly request you to note that in exceptional cases, the delivery date may be changed at short notice by the primary supplier – subject to product availability.)

This item will be ordered direct from the manufacturer/primary supplier. Generally, the completion of the order may have an extended delivery time, subject to product availability, etc. AV Australia will notify you should a scheduled delivery be longer than initially an advised.

This item is generally deliverable ex-warehouse. However, due to availability and stock movements etc., we are not able to guarantee consistent levels of availability. In the event of critical or immediate requirements, please inquire by telephone or email.
