The AT-A0979 is a fully programmable intuitive touchscreen remote control which is remarkably easy to program and use. It incorporates both infra red and zigbee wireless RF protocol offering full home automation of home theatre/hi-fi systems, electronically controlled blinds, motorised screens, projectors, lighting circuits or any product operated by IR or RF control with the addition of the AVAA0980 RF repeater).When equipment is mounted in a cabinet or rack, way from the viewing area, the AT-A0980 four port RF to IR repeater may be used. This compact device communicates via RF with the remote control and relays commands via IR emitters. This is ideally used in situations where equipment is not in line-of-sight with the remote control. An RS232 input is also provided for external control and interfacing to existing equipment. The 3.5” TFT screen layouts, buttons and logos can be customised to suit your requirements. Screen layouts are constructed on your computer and uploaded to the remote control over USB. Macro function allows multiple ‘button presses’ to be combined into a single key stroke. The number of devices it can control is limited by the 128MB of on board memory. If required, it is quite capable of controlling up to 100 devices! A docking cradle keeps the remote on charge when not in use and a slideshow or clock can be programmed to display when in charge mode.
